Who we are

Marginal is run by Joppe Widstam, ABC-gatan 11, 30251 Halmstad, Sweden ("we"). You can reach us at joppe@widstam.se.

Your account

You need an account to use Marginal. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one person.

Free trial

New accounts get 30 days of full access, starting when you confirm your email. We don't ask for payment details during the trial, and it ends on its own. After it ends, lessons are locked until you subscribe, and your progress stays saved.

Subscription and payment

A subscription costs $9 / month and renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. If you subscribe during your trial, your first payment is taken when the trial ends. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices include any VAT we're required to charge.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Payments for periods that have started aren't refunded, except where the law requires it.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

Acceptable use

Don't share your account, copy or redistribute the course content, or try to access parts of the service you haven't paid for. We may suspend accounts that do.

The service

We work to keep Marginal accurate and available, but it's provided as is. Lessons are for learning and aren't professional advice. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service, we'll refund the unused part of any paid period.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you before the change takes effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel.
